Wallet Card companion for your Family Communication Plan. This can be printed on most business card stock or printed out and cut to size.

As with the Family Communication Plan, this card will include where you'll meet in the neighborhood if you have to evacuate your home and where you'll meet if you can't get back into your neighborhood. You'll identify a contact (preferably out-of-state) who will act as your point of contact if you can't reach each other. This information should be in your phone and HARD COPY in case you lose or can't use your phone.
