Your Family Communication Plan will include where you'll meet in the neighborhood if you have to evacuate your home and where you'll meet if you can't get back into your neighborhood. The Communicaiton Plan will identify a contact (preferably out-of-state) who will act as your point of contact if you can't reach each other. The plan includes other information about your family. This information should be in your phone and HARD COPY in case you lose or can't use your phone.
