One Small Win

It may be a bit more difficult this week to stay on your plan.
You may have last-minute shopping that you feel you have to do. You may think that you have to bake one more batch of cookies. You may feel obligated to eat those thoughtful gifts of candies and cookies your friends, co-workers, acquaintances, and even remote connections offer you this season. You may be tired from all your to-dos that you’ve accomplished, yet your list doesn’t look any shorter.
If any of that resembles your week, then focus on one small win.

Have you or will you do one small thing differently than the last holiday season?
Will you cook one less batch of holiday cookies?
Will you take 15 minutes (or even just 5) to slow down and focus on yourself?
Will you celebrate getting your exercise in twice this week, even if you normally go five days a week?
One small change doesn’t seem like a lot, but that’s why you can keep doing it next week, next month and next year.
What will be your one this week?
